A 34-year-old man from Unirea was arrested on remand for 30 days, after having sex with two minors, he drugged and filmed them with his cell phone.
„Yesterday, August 24, the police Bureau of Weapons, Explosives and Hazardous Substances Bistriţa-Năsăud and those of the Special Actions Service within the Bistriţa-Năsăud County Police Inspectorate, together with the police officers of the Criminal Investigation Service, based on the delegation issued by the prosecutor D.I.I.C.O.T.-Biroul Territorial Bistrița-Năsăud, implemented 5 home search warrants, at 2 real estate used by a 34-year-old man from Unirea, suspected of child pornography, sexual intercourse with a minor and operations with substances likely to produce psychoactive effects.
Research has shown that during 2021 and 2022, the man had sex with two minors, they would have made psychoactive substances available to them and made several pornographic materials with the help of the phone, which they would later present to other people.
Yesterday, following the searches, the amounts of 17,200 euros, 25,850 lei, 2 precision scales, a laptop, a mobile phone were discovered and raised, 3 agendas and other goods and documents with probative value, at hearings being conducted 5 persons.
Compared to the 34-year-old man from Unirea, the detention measure was initially taken for 24 hours, and subsequently the Judge of Rights and Freedoms within the Bistrița-Năsăud Tribunal ordered his pre-trial arrest, for 30 days. „, IPJ Bistrița-Năsăud informed.

According to DIICOT Bistrița-Năsăud, investigations are carried out against two other defendants in the file, under the measure of pre-trial detention in other criminal cases involving the commission of international trafficking in high-risk drugs, risk-drug trafficking and high-risk trafficking, possession of risk and high-risk drugs, for own consumption, the smooth performance of any operations with substances likely to produce psychoactive effects, trafficking in human beings, and sexual intercourse with a minor, namely high-risk drug trafficking, possession of high-risk and high-risk drugs, for own use, performing without right any operations with substances likely to produce psychoactive effects, human trafficking and driving without a license.
