On the spot, it was found that a 45-year-old man from Bistrița, while driving a car, lost control and collided with the wall of a building.
According to IPJ Bistrița-Năsăud, the accident resulted in the injury of the driver and two passengers in the car.
The driver was tested with the breathalyzer, the result being negative. In the case, a criminal case was drawn up, the cause and the exact circumstances in which the event took place will be established.
