The police of the Road Department within the Năsăud City Police intervened on Wednesday in a car accident produced within the Nepos locality.
At the scene, the police found that a 28-year-old man from Rebrișoara, the leader of a motorcycle, lost control of it while being engaged in overtaking a vans, later colliding with a parked car.
Following the accident, the young man was injured in need of medical care at the hospital.
Both the motorcyclist and the driver of the van were tested alcoholically, the results being negative.
The checks carried out by the police showed that the motorcycle involved in the accident is not registered and its driver does not have a driving license for any category of vehicles.
The police continue the research in a criminal case, following the documentation of the facts.
