The man on the scooter who scratched, hit and stung women in the Capital was caught on Thursday night in Vidra commune, Ilfov county.
He is 38 years old and is from the Capital.
The man was found in traffic in Vidra commune, Ilfov county.
He was taken to the headquarters of the Criminal Investigation Service for legal proceedings.

Police reported on Wednesday night by calling 112 that a young woman had been scratched with a sharp-stinging object by a man, which was on a scooter, on a street in Sector 1.
After 10 minutes, the police received another notification, according to which another woman was hit with a cutter-stinging object by a man on the scooter on a street in Sector 3.
One of the two victims was taken to hospital for medical care. Judicial sources declared for MEDIAFAX that it was Margherita from Clejani, the daughter of Viorica and Ioniță from Clejani.
